Production process
1. Pre-sale service
A.You can get a sample to inspect the quality or send us your samples so that we make the sample for your confirmation.
2. Sale service
A. We have Strict car alloy wheel rim quality Control System.
B. Before the delivery, we support our clients to arrange the third party to inspect the quality of the goods,If mass production is not same as approved sample, we will take the fully responsibility.
C. If we do not ship on time, we will make up your loss.
3. After-sale Service:
A. Take photos or videos of the problems and send to us;
B.Send back the problem goods, or we will sent our representative for inspection.
When we comfirmed its our problem, after communication with customers, we will return the amount of problem goods, or cut this amount in next order, and make new production and sent immediately, or sent together with next order according to customers’ requirement.
Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our wheels in brown /White cartons , also accept to design customers' logo on carton.
Q2.How many stock wheels and molds do you have?
A:More than 18,000 wheels and hundreds of wheel molds we get.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A:FOB,CIF
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
1. For stock wheels: we need 7 days to prepare cargo after deposit receipt.
2. For production order: generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment.
Q5. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 3 times 100% test before delivery.
